Carelli became involved with Moreville Apartments after the fitout works had commenced, however the completed structure had failed mandatory inspections with other parties. Carelli was tasked to rectify these works as well as complete the outstanding works with both distressed and licensed trades.

The project features 41 apartments with car stackers connecting to a basement and 3 commercial tenancies across 5 levels on a sloping site.
