The scope of works include construction of a single level childcare and community centre with carpark, kinder playscape and surrounding landscape. A new 7m width local access road will be constructed, connecting to a new 56-bay car park.
Internally, the building incorporates a feature entry with canopy, shared central lobby, several meeting and administrative spaces, a commercial kitchen and amenities areas.
