The upper floor of an existing 2 Level multipurpose building was renovated & re-purposed to convert offices into a Childcare Centre. The structure was redesigned to allow for the removal of the roof to create a light, bright, outdoor playscape.

Carelli completed lots of night works to avoid any interference with the day to day services of the ground floor tenancies and successfully completed the project in a timely manner.
