Carelli Constructions was engaged to facilitate the completion of this project. We delivered the project within a 6 month duration, having to overcome many complex issues to ensure we produced a product that both our clients and we were proud of.

The new building includes 18 apartments across 3 levels including two penthouse apartments on the top level. The complex also includes a 2 level basement carpark with three separate car stacker systems.
