This warehouse development comprises 4 buildings creating 20 multi-unit factories. Each unit features a mezzanine level accessed via a timber staircase.

This project experienced complexities on site for services and the units are built-up against adjacent existing factories. This required thoughtful design and construction of the footings in a stepped, hit and miss sequence to successfully deliver the project.
