This conversion project transformed an existing office building into Greenwood Lakeside Childcare Centre. The 2 level fitout project was delivered ahead of schedule, leaving the client impressed with the speed and quality of service.

The works included some structural elements, with the roof removed to create an open play space & addition of a lift for easy access across all levels. The project features large, purpose-built play environments, outdoor play areas including cubby houses, rainbow bicycle track and veggie gardens, a commercial kitchen, administration office and resting area.
