Springvale Rise Primary School

Springvale Rise Primary School new office and community / arts building was awarded to Carelli Constructions by the Victorian School Building Authority.
We worked with the school leadership team from design through to handover, which allowed us to highlight opportunities along the way to create the savings the school required for other high priority matters, without diminishing their overall design requirements.
Carelli completed the demolition, hazmat, construction and landscaping stages in a live school environment as access to the other remaining school facilities were required throughout the project.
